Nyaya Portal provides legal information, document generation tools, a lawyer connection marketplace, an AI assistant, and a community Q&A forum. These services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this Platform.

You must not upload false, defamatory, or illegal content. You must not impersonate lawyers, judges, or government officials. You must not use the Platform for commercial scraping or automated data collection without written permission.

Lawyers listed on the Platform are independent professionals. Nyaya Portal facilitates introduction only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality of legal services provided. Always verify Bar Council registration independently.

The AI assistant is trained on Indian law and provides general information. Responses may contain errors and must not be relied upon as legal advice. Always consult a qualified advocate for your specific matter.

All Platform content, including articles, glossary definitions, templates, and software, is owned by or licensed to Nyaya Portal. Documents generated using our tools are owned by the user. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyaya Portal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
